Important Information About Bookings.
Before any booking is undertaken we like to visit you and your pet for a free, no obligation consultation so that we can discuss both you and your pets requirements.Any cancellation must be made by 8pm on the day before any scheduled visit otherwise the normal fee will charged. Access to your pet can either be via you or you can leave a key with us. There will be no identifying details on your keys which we will keep safely and we assure you that no unauthorised person will have access to your home. Please note that we are unable to walk dogs that are in season but we do of course offer a visiting service at such times.
